These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and btjii ("btjii", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the btjii website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the btjii Platform. btjii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

To open a btjii account and use any part of the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btjii does not permit any person under 21 to register for or use an account, regardless of local laws that may set a different minimum age for gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

btjii reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, all winnings will be voided and any deposits held in your account will be forfeited. btjii will take appropriate steps to prevent underage gambling, including account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one btjii account. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed, and any associated funds or bonuses may be forfeited. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify btjii support immediately at [email protected].
• btjii accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• btjii may at its sole discretion suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, presents fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity.

btjii employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect account data. However, users are advised to take reasonable precautions on their own devices, including using strong passwords and not accessing the platform on shared or public devices without logging out promptly.

btjii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile financial service networks and select bank transfer options. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum and maximum thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your btjii account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Withdrawal requests are processed continuously. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals is within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• btjii reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Documents requested may include government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Funds deposited to btjii must be used for gaming and betting purposes only. btjii accounts are not bank accounts and are not insured by any deposit protection scheme. Users are advised not to maintain large balances on the Platform beyond their intended gaming activity. btjii does not pay interest on account balances.

btjii offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover conditions), minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotional page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• btjii reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, or shared device is permitted. Multiple accounts created to claim duplicate bonuses will be closed and associated winnings forfeited.

btjii's bonus programme is intended for recreational players. btjii monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse and reserves the right to remove bonus eligibility from any account where such patterns are identified, regardless of whether a specific rule has been technically broken.

btjii is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gaming activity, and btjii actively encourages all users to make use of these tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your btjii account.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Once a self-exclusion is activated, btjii will block access to your account for the requested duration and will not send promotional communications during that period.

The following activities constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or share information in a way that distorts fair play.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or circumventing any geographic restriction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

btjii employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found in violation will be suspended pending investigation, and all funds associated with prohibited activity may be permanently withheld. btjii cooperates with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators upon receipt of valid legal requests.

All content on the btjii Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audiovisual content, and the overall design and layout of the website and mobile application, is owned by or licensed to btjii and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without btjii's prior written consent.

Third-party game content made available through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Your use of such content is subject to the terms of the relevant game provider in addition to these Terms.

The btjii Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btjii disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. btjii does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall btjii be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. btjii's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your btjii account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your btjii account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.

btjii reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if btjii is required to do so by applicable law or the order of a competent authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be permanently withheld.

btjii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, btjii will publish the updated Terms on the Platform and update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Where it is reasonably practicable to do so, btjii will also notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in the Termination section above.
